Anton (Trey) J. Sedalik III, MAI
Trey Sedalik leads the company’s commercial division. His career began as a residential appraiser in 2002, and evolved into serving as Director of Commercial Valuations for a national property advisory firm, completing appraisals and consultations in nearly every asset class. He earned his MAI designation as a Member of the Appraisal Institute which is awarded based on demonstrating a mastery of valuation fundamentals, ethics, professional standards and real property economics. In 2013, he appraised a complex commercial property that was the largest real estate transaction for the year in the Charleston MSA.
Trey is a real estate broker and certified general real estate appraiser in South Carolina. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of Realtors. He has a leadership role in the Mount Pleasant Sertoma Club and is a member of the Charleston Metro Exchange Club. Trey holds a degree in business management from Clemson University and graduated cum laude.
Rachel K. Brint
Rachel Brint is an appraiser, and oversees the daily operations for the company. She has over ten years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry. Prior to joining Prospect Valuation, Rachel was a commercial appraiser with a national valuation firm as well as a Commercial Asset Services Manager for CB Richard Ellis (Washington, DC) and a Property Manager for Colonial Properties Trust (Charleston, SC). Her background also includes real estate sales, consulting, asset services, construction project management, and on-site facilities management.
Rachel currently holds a South Carolina real estate appraiser license, salesman license, and the Certified Apartment Manager designation through the National Apartment Association. She is actively involved in the Appraisal Institute, National Association of Realtors, Junior League of Charleston, Commercial Real Estate Women and the Charleston Young Professionals network (Chamber of Commerce). Rachel graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech.
